We check every watch for any obvious defects prior

to shipping to you, so your watch will arrive with

all components functioning properly.

 

However, should any problems arise under normal use,

your new Watchdog Watch is covered by a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship,

from the time of purchase from shopwatchdog.com,

or at one of our retail partners.

 

This warranty will cover any manufacturer defects in the

watch movement (quartz or automatic), or on the hands, dial, and case.   When you return your watch to our center, your watch will either be repaired or replaced at our

discretion, free of charge. 

 

The following are not covered: battery, crystal, strap, damage from improper handling, lack of care, theft, loss, normal wear and tear, and water damage.

 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims or repair requests.   Please contact us via email with your warranty claim request and we will email to you the warranty worksheet with shipping instructions.  The warranty will be null and void if the watch has any evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

 

Exchanges or returns are allowed within 90 days of purchase.

All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.  All exchanged or returned watches must be

unused, and have all protective adhesive plastic still intact on the dial crystal and case back.

All packaging materials (gift box, box cover sleeve, fabric pillow, tags, and warranty card if supplied) must be returned in un-used condition.     

​

For stainless bracelets, all links must be present

and scratch free.
